he hit two people with his car while driving drunk in Orange County, CA. However, his new film, starring John Ritters son, doesn't look that bad (see it here http://www.apple.com/trailers/independent/theeducationofcharliebanks) Durst also had a sex tape "leaked" in 2005 with him having sex with a 20 year old Abercrombie model.( I'm not going to post the link to it but you are definitely going to look it up) He's 38 years old now which is really weird.
