Academy to Expand Nominations

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Science announced this morning that the best picture catagory with be expanded to include ten nominations, increased from five. This catagory is the only one effected and its doubtful that much will change because if a film isnt good enough to make the top five then its certainly not going to win if its barely slides into a 10th place spot in the nomination. bleh.

In other news, Perez Hilton is a FGGT and deserved the beatn that Will.I.Am gave him. End of story. Disagree with me or the Gary Busey Clan? Didn't think so.

“Slumdog Millionaire”

Sean Penn in “Milk” - Stupid, everthing in that movie was expected, no surprises, i.e. not a challenging role. Mickey should have won it hands down.

Danny Boyle for “Slumdog Millionaire” 

FOREIGN LANGUAGE FILM
“Departures” - not happy with this choice, that Israeli movie was was better

Kinda was looking foward to watching it, but I went to the bar and fell asleep at 630. Oh well. Theres always next year.

Kinda furious Eastwood didn't make any serious category's, goes to show the Academy is made up of decrepit, elderly simps that have made us bored with some of their decisions in the past. FilmDrunk puts it best when they say "They've made us bored. WITH THE HOLOCAUST."
