Academy to Expand Nominations

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Science announced this morning that the best picture catagory with be expanded to include ten nominations, increased from five. This catagory is the only one effected and its doubtful that much will change because if a film isnt good enough to make the top five then its certainly not going to win if its barely slides into a 10th place spot in the nomination. bleh.
